Wii Sports, favorito en solitario a los premios BAFTA

La Académia Británica del Cine y la Televisión (BAFTA) ya ha hecho pública la lista de nominados a los premios a los mejores videojuegos del año. Wii Sports lidera en solitario la lista de favoritos con 7 nominaciones, superando así a otros videojuegos que además de partir como favoritos, han quedado relegados a un segundo plano a pesar de su éxito entre público, crítica y ventas.

La entrega de premios tendrá lugar en Londres el próximo 23 de octubre, donde también se conocerá el ganador del Premio PC World, que se otorga a partir de los votos de los usuarios. La gala se enmarca dentro de los actos del London Games Festival, que tendrá lugar en la capital londinense del 22 al 24 de octubre.

El jurado que decide los mejores juegos está formado por reputados miembros de la industria internacional, algunos de los cuales ya están retirados de sus funciones.
